Job summary

SSA Recruitment is seeking a Sub Agent for the HS2 project, based on site and leading earthworks sections. You will oversee daily operations, manage production and safety, and drive delivery across zones.

You will coordinate with subcontractors and engineering staff, ensure HS2 standards, report risks, and support temporary works and technical assurance while progressing to Agent level.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sub Agent/Section Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of earthworks methodologies and constraints
• Ability to manage complex logistics and multiple work fronts
