Job summary

VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, is recruiting a Sub Agent to deliver a major National Grid substation project. You will lead engineers, supervisors and supply chain partners to safely complete civil, structural and electrical interface works to programme, budget and quality expectations.

Reporting to the Project Manager and Site Agent, you will own key work packages and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC, or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS or EUSR CSCS management card.
• Temporary Works Supervisor competence.
• First Aid at Work qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers, supervisors and supply chain partners to safely deliver complex civil, structural and electrical interface works to programme, budget and quality.
• Take ownership of key work packages on high-profile schemes and drive delivery.
