Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property seeks a proactive Sub Agent for a high-value water infrastructure project near Maidstone. You will oversee civil packages, manage site engineers and subcontractors, and ensure progress aligns with client specs.

You will handle short-term planning, coordinate technical queries, and enforce QA and safety standards on a long-term AMP8 framework assignment. Immediate start available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Water sector background with hands-on delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience supervising site teams, subcontractors and QA processes.
• Relevant civil engineering qualification (degree/HND/HNC).

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day delivery of civil site packages and supervise site teams.
• Develop short-term lookaheads and track outputs against milestones.
• Coordinate technical queries, temporary works, and interface with design teams.
• Enforce QA through ITPs, sign-offs and non-conformity resolution.
• Lead safety and RAMS processes and permit issuance on site.
