Randstad CPE seeks a Sub Agent to lead heavy civils delivery at a major water treatment project in Southampton. You will drive on-site execution, manage lookahead programmes and coordinate engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will oversee technical interfaces, ensure safety and quality systems, and maintain comprehensive site records while reporting to the Site Agent/Project Manager.

Formación

• Proven track record delivering heavy civils or water infrastructure schemes (WTW/WwTW) under UK AMP frameworks.
• Strong background in RC structures, deep excavations, underground pipework, and temporary works on water sites.
• HND/HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).
• Mandatory certifications: CSCS Card (Black/Gold), SMSTS, EUSR Water Hygiene, First Aid at Work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily site operations for major civils workstreams, coordinating engineers, foremen, direct labour and sub-contractors.
• Manage 3–6 week lookahead programmes, monitor progress and allocate resources.
• Oversee technical queries, RFIs and temporary works, aligning design with site operations and client standards.
• Ensure ITPs, quality sign-offs, non-conformances are tracked and site records maintained.
• Review RAMS, permit-to-work, and environmental compliance to promote a zero-harm site.
