Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Sub-Agent to join the Wisley, Surrey team. The role oversees civil and structural works, supports the Agent, and aims for on-time, high-quality delivery with profitability. 45 hours per week, on-site with some flexibility.

You will lead site engineers, manage sub-contractors, and ensure health and safety and quality assurance reporting are carried out daily. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant management qualification such as NVQ Level 3, HNC or degree.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Commercial awareness with strong organizational and communication skills.
• SMSTS and CSCS and/or CPCS card holders preferred.
• Willingness to work on site in Wisley, Surrey.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of health & safety policies and business assurance systems.
• Manage day-to-day activities in line with the main programme, ensuring works are delivered to specification.
• Oversee labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources with accurate recording.
• Manage and monitor sub-contractor performance and delivery.
• Lead site engineers and ensure QA reporting and daily monitoring is carried out.

We're looking for a Sub-Agent to join our team based in Wisley, Surrey.

Location: Wisley, Surrey

Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

As a Sub-Agent, you'll play a vital role in managing operational resources to deliver civil and structural works at Wisley STW. You'll be supporting the Agent in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while maximising customer satisfaction and profitability. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact on important infrastructure projects.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Sub-Agent, You'll Be Working Within The Team, Supporting Them In Delivering All Civil And Structural Works. Your Day To Day Will Include

• You hold SMSTS and CSCS and/or CPCS Card
