Responsibilities

• Exceed the customer’s service expectations and build genuine relationships.
• Greet customers upon entering the store and assist with needs.
• Offer to hold items at the cash wrap or in the fitting room.
• Determine customer needs and suggest alternatives.
• Locate out-of-stock products from direct or other stores.
• Assist in maintaining store merchandising and operational standards.
• Uphold company policies and procedures and loss prevention awareness.
• Assist with register functions and staff training where needed.
