Missoma in London’s Marylebone is seeking a Brand Ambassador to embody our demi-fine jewellery ethos. You’ll welcome customers, share the brand story, and help create memorable shopping experiences that reflect our values.

You’ll build product knowledge, offer personalised styling advice, and deliver outstanding service from first contact to final purchase. A warm communicator who loves fashion and jewellery will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role (luxury retail is a plus).
• Natural communicator who’s warm, engaging, and proactive.
• Passionate about fashion, jewellery, and helping people express themselves.
