Job summary

Jigsaw is seeking a passionate Style Advisor (6 hours) for the Fenwick Kingston store on a permanent basis. You will drive sales through KPI analysis, inspire the team to hit targets, and model outstanding customer service while keeping store presentation aligned with VM guidelines.

Qualifications

• Play an active role in stores sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis.
• Inspire the team to deliver against store targets and KPIs.
• Role model exceptional customer experience and support the team.
• Support the manager in ensuring our store and team remains connected to our customers and communities.
• Support the team in the manager's absence and maintain stock and VM standards.
• Follow all health and safety and security guidelines.
• Review replenishment to ensure best sellers are readily available and the store is presented in line with VM guidelines.
