Job summary

Jigsaw is seeking passionate, friendly Part-Time Style Advisors to join our Kensington store on a permanent basis. Hours are flexible with multiple positions available and a welcoming team culture.

You will analyze store performance, support the team to hit targets, and create an outstanding customer experience while upholding our Style & Truth values. Prior retail experience is helpful, and staff benefits include generous discounts and uniform allowances.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Interest in fashion and knowledge of Jigsaw products.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in store sales growth through KPI analysis.
• Inspire the team to deliver against store targets and KPIs.
• Role model exceptional customer experience and support the team.
• Assist the manager and ensure store connects with customers and communities.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Review replenishment needs to keep best sellers stocked and VM aligned.

What you'll be doing:

• Play an active role in stores sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs
• Role model what exceptional customer experience looks like and support the team in achieving these same high standards
• Supporting the manager in ensuring our store and team remains connected to our customers, communities, and through collaboration with our teams
• Support the team in the managers absence
• Key hold in managers absence
• Follow all company health and safety and security guidelines
• Review and action any replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are readily available and the store is presented in line with VM guidelines and commercial best practice.
