Job summary

Jigsaw in Ilkley is seeking a warm, passionate Part-Time Style Advisor (8 hours) on a temporary contract. You’ll play an active role in driving store sales growth through KPI analysis and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll inspire the team, support the manager, ensure the store presents products in line with VM guidelines, and uphold health and safety procedures while providing excellent service to customers and the local community.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to learn and pass on product knowledge to customers
• Comfort with working in a team and supporting store targets

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in store sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs
• Role model exceptional customer experience and support the team to achieve high standards
• Support the manager in keeping the store connected to customers and the community
• Assist the team in the manager's absence
• Maintain health and safety and security guidelines
• Review replenishment needs to keep best sellers available and the store visually aligned with VM guidelines

What you'll be doing

• Play an active role in stores sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs
• Role model what exceptional customer experience looks like and support the team in achieving these same high standards
• Supporting the manager in ensuring our store and team remains connected to our customers, communities, and through collaboration with our teams
• Support the team in the managers absence
• Key hold in managers absence
• Follow all company health and safety and security guidelines
• Review and action any replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are readily available and the store is presented in line with VM guidelines and commercial best practice.
