Jigsaw in Cambridge is looking for two warm, passionate Part-Time 12 hours Style Advisors to join our store. You’ll contribute to sales growth through commercial analysis and delivering outstanding customer experiences aligned with Style & Truth.

You'll learn about our values that empower customers to express their own style, while supporting the team, following health and safety guidelines, and helping ensure our store presents best sellers in line with VM guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/retail is desirable but not required.
• Interest in styling and helping customers is essential.
• Able to learn about Jigsaw products and pass knowledge to customers.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in stores sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis.
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs.
• Role model exceptional customer experience and support the team in achieving high standards.
• Support the manager in keeping the store connected to customers and communities.
• Assist the team in the manager's absence and cover key holds when needed.
• Follow all health, safety and security guidelines.
• Review replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are available and VM guidelines followed.

What you'll be doing

• Play an active role in stores sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs
• Role model what exceptional customer experience looks like and support the team in achieving these same high standards
• Supporting the manager in ensuring our store and team remains connected to our customers, communities, and through collaboration with our teams
• Support the team in the managers absence
• Key hold in managers absence
• Follow all company health and safety and security guidelines
• Review and action any replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are readily available and the store is presented in line with VM guidelines and commercial best practice.
