Role Overview

We are looking for a warm, passionate, friendly Part‑Time (6 hours on Sundays) Style Advisor to join our Chiswick store on a permanent basis. The position offers an opportunity to start or resume a career in fashion, learn about our products, and delight customers with styling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in store sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs
• Role model exceptional customer experience and support the team to achieve the same high standards
• Support the manager in ensuring the store and team remain connected to customers, communities, and collaborating with other teams
• Support the team in the manager’s absence and hold key responsibilities when absent
• Follow all company health and safety and security guidelines
• Review and act on replenishment needs to keep best sellers available and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with VM guidelines and commercial best practice
