Jigsaw in Lewes is seeking a warm, passionate Part-Time Style Advisor (8 hours) to join our team on a permanent basis. You’ll help drive store sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and support store operations with a flexible, can-do attitude.

The role is ideal for someone starting or resuming a career in fashion, with opportunities to learn about Jigsaw products and style guidelines while working closely with the store team to delight customers and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in store sales growth through KPI analysis.
• Inspire the team to hit store targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer experience and support the team.
• Assist the manager in maintaining customer connections and store presentation.
• Support the team in the manager’s absence.
• Ensure health, safety and security guidelines are followed.
• Replenish stock and keep visual merchandising aligned with guidelines.

What you'll be doing

• Play an active role in stores sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs
• Role model what exceptional customer experience looks like and support the team in achieving these same high standards
• Supporting the manager in ensuring our store and team remains connected to our customers, communities, and through collaboration with our teams
• Support the team in the managers absence
• Key hold in managers absence
• Follow all company health and safety and security guidelines
• Review and action any replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are readily available and the store is presented in line with VM guidelines and commercial best practice.
