Job summary

Jigsaw in Chiswick is seeking a warm, passionate Part-Time Supervisor (21 hours) to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is an ideal entry path for fashion lovers looking to start or resume a career in retail, with a focus on delivering great customer experiences and supporting store performance.

You will analyse KPI data, coach the team, and ensure our store presentation and health and safety standards are first-class.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through analysis of commercial KPIs.
• Inspire and coach the team to hit store targets.

• Support the manager in customer and community engagement.
• Cover team in the manager's absence.
• Act as key holder in the manager's absence.
• Adhere to health, safety and security guidelines.
• Monitor stock and replenish to keep best sellers available and aligned with VM.

What you'll be doing:

• Play an active role in stores sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs
• Role model what exceptional customer experience looks like and support the team in achieving these same high standards
• Supporting the manager in ensuring our store and team remains connected to our customers, communities, and through collaboration with our teams
• Support the team in the managers absence
• Key hold in managers absence
• Follow all company health and safety and security guidelines
• Review and action any replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are readily available and the store is presented in line with VM guidelines and commercial best practice.
