University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Study Support Services Facilitator to enable delivery of study support across the NIHR RDN. You will work with the Study Support Service Manager and regional leads to support planning, placement, cost attribution, and portfolio activities.

The role focuses on coordinating across services, sharing best practices, and contributing to regional improvement initiatives while maintaining strong operational knowledge of the portfolio.

Competenze

• Strong understanding of the research study lifecycle and RDN portfolio eligibility.
• Experience delivering customer-centric services and interpreting data.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region for meetings and events.

Mansioni

• Deliver Study Support Services within the NIHR Research Delivery Network (RDN).
• Support planning and placement phases and cost attribution tools.
• Coordinate with Study Support Service teams, Specialty and Settings Leads, sponsors and funders.
