Innovative Trials is seeking a Senior Patient Recruitment Associate to cultivate client relationships and grow opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will manage multiple patient recruitment and retention studies, delivering high-quality services on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, team engagement, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on profitability and process improvement across study lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to multitask, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level strategy into actionable workflows ensuring projects meet quality and deadlines.
• Foster a inclusive team environment where diverse perspectives are heard.
• Manage internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while adhering to policies.
