Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior professional to coordinate patient recruitment and retention programs across small to mid-size studies. You will translate strategy into operational plans, manage budgets and coordinate with sponsors, sites and vendors.

You will lead cross-functional teams, train staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time delivery of recruitment tactics while maintaining quality and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health care or related field is required.
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of drug development processes across all functions.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate recruitment and retention strategy into operational plans to improve rates.
• Serve as internal consultant to implement operational recruitment plans.
• Manage scope, objectives, quality of deliverables and activities.
• Act as primary operational contact with sponsor for recruitment programs.
• Manage assigned project budgets to meet financial targets.
• Coordinate project activities to meet milestones for the team and sponsor.
• Develop and implement risk management plans to protect objectives.
• Maintain awareness of recruitment trends, vendors, and technologies.
• Provide technical expertise for training and cross-departmental efforts.
• Support process improvements to ensure quality in the department.
• Coordinate vendor and patient advocacy group activities and budgets.
• Liaise with vendor account managers to track PSE activities.
