Job summary

Müller is seeking a Studio Project & Operations Manager to lead and streamline our in-house creative Studio. You will oversee briefs, timelines and asset management while coordinating stakeholders across Marketing, Artwork and agencies to keep projects on track.

You’ll help mature workflows, balance workloads, and support from planning through delivery as our in-house capabilities grow, contributing to efficient, structured creative output.

Qualifications

• Experience managing creative, studio or marketing projects from brief through to delivery.
• Strong organisation and project management skills, able to manage multiple briefs, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience working with project management or workflow systems.
• Confident working with creative teams and stakeholders across different business areas.
• Strong attention to detail around briefs, files, feedback and approvals.
• Proactive, process-minded approach and interest in improving ways of working.
• Interest in design, branding and creative production.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines, actions and approvals remain on track.
• Coordinate workloads and priorities across the Studio, helping designers manage multiple projects.
• Manage the briefing process, ensuring briefs are clear, complete and ready for the creative team.
• Act as a key point of contact for Marketing, Commercial, Artwork, agencies, media partners and others.
• Coordinate feedback, approvals and next steps to keep projects moving.
