Job summary

Prospex Recruitment is seeking a highly driven Production/Studio Manager for a Hull-based role with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 at home). The role oversees regional artwork and CGI production performance, planning, and continuous improvement, ensuring delivery against SLAs and quality targets.

Ideal candidates will have experience in creative environments, CGI/artwork production, and a data-driven approach to optimize operations and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management within creative environments (artwork, print, CGI).
• Experience leading large teams (circa 40 people).
• Ideally from the packaging industry.
• Data-driven thinker who uses insight to challenge and improve performance.
• Collaborative partner who can influence across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional production performance and continuous improvement to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Manage production planning and capacity across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons to meet demand.
• Develop reporting and automation to communicate performance to stakeholders.
• Lead and approve production process improvements; align with global stakeholders and implement new workflows.
• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary production team; manage recruitment and development.
