Job summary

Prospex Recruitment is seeking a driven Production Manager / Studio Manager for a leading digital packaging business in Hull. The role oversees regional artwork and CGI operations, driving performance, planning, and continuous improvement across a team of around 40 staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management within creative environments (artwork, print, CGI).
• Experience leading large teams (circa 40 people).
• CGI experience is preferred.
• Data-driven mindset to challenge and improve performance.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional production performance and continuous improvement to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Oversee production planning and capacity across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
• Develop data-driven reporting and automate insights for stakeholders.
• Lead process improvements and align global processes with local needs.
• Coach and develop a multidisciplinary production team; manage recruitment and development.
