OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Studio Director for our Cape Town studio. You will lead day-to-day studio operations, ensure delivery quality, manage a team of project managers and creatives, and align local operations with global standards.

You will drive resource planning, production workflows, and budget oversight, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture and empowering teams through coaching and enablement.

Formación

• Experience leading studio operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong resource planning and forecasting capabilities across multi-function workloads.
• Deep understanding of production workflows and channel-specific requirements.
• Experience sourcing and managing freelance/contingent resources.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, able to influence at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day studio operations, accountable for delivery standards and operational health.
• Act as the primary escalation point for production, workflow, and resource challenges.
• Partner with Global Studio leadership to align local operations with wider standards.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable culture that supports high performance and wellbeing.
• Support development and growth of team members through coaching and enablement.
