MandM Direct is seeking a Studio Production Manager in Hereford to own all studio operations, lead a creative photography team, and oversee imagery across campaigns.

You will drive AI-enabled workflows, manage budgets, and collaborate with product content and buying to deliver high-quality assets on time. The role emphasizes leadership, process innovation, and cost control within a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in photography, e-commerce, or studio operations.
• Experience managing creative production teams and workflows.
• Ability to drive AI-assisted image production and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day studio operations and a team of photographers, retouchers, and image executives.
• Develop and integrate AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Oversee DAM, file naming, archiving, and asset delivery across UK/Europe warehouses.
• Manage studio budgets, resource allocation, and collaboration with Buying and Creative teams.
