Job summary

Aramark UK is hiring an experienced Sous Chef for a full-time, permanent on-site role at the Harry Potter Studio in WD25 7LP. You will join a talented team, contribute to menu development, and maintain high-quality food safety standards while supporting a busy, high-volume kitchen.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a sous chef or senior CDP in a high-volume al a carte environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of current food trends.
Experience in food preparation and recipe development.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in developing menus and creating innovative dishes that are visually appealing and delicious.
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and delivery to ensure high-quality standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards and complete necessary documentation.
Monitor inventory and manage stock, wastage, and GP targets.
Lead and develop the kitchen team to achieve targets and career growth.
