Job summary

ustwo, a London-based design and technology studio, is seeking a hands-on Front of House and Studio Operations professional. You’ll be the first point of contact, keeping the London studio welcoming, organized and sustainable, while supporting the Experience Principal with events across international studios and remote teams.

You'll coordinate visitor reception, bookings, travel and supplier relations, manage day‑to‑day operations, and help ensure energy‑efficient, thoughtful workplace

Qualifications

• Experience in Front of House or hospitality.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple bookings and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the London studio and ensure it is welcoming and well‑run.
• Support studio operations, project administration and events.
• Coordinate suppliers, venues, travel and logistics across countries.
• Assist with sustainability initiatives and waste management.
• Communicate with local teams and ensure information is up to date.
