Qualifications

• Experience of pastoral support in a school setting (or similar).
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and agencies.
• Proactive in implementing strategies to support learners with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pastoral support to remove barriers to learning.
• Provide one-to-one intervention, mentoring and personal/social development.
• Assist with behaviour management and student welfare as part of the student support team.
• Liaise with teachers, parents and external agencies to support learners.
