Zusammenfassung

Lift Firth Park is seeking a dedicated Reflections and Inclusion Manager to support students with behavioural and emotional needs, helping them stay engaged and reintegrate into mainstream lessons.

You will lead the Reflections and Mentoring Base, deliver targeted interventions, and work with teachers and pastoral teams to create a calm, structured environment that promotes inclusion and high expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with young people who display challenging behaviour.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams and school leaders.
• Commitment to inclusive education and supporting every student.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the Reflections and Mentoring Base to provide a safe, structured environment.
• Support students displaying challenging behaviour and develop positive strategies.
• Deliver targeted interventions and mentoring programmes for at‑risk students.
• Build positive relationships with students and act as a role model.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and monitor engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with school staff to support reintegration into mainstream lessons.
