Lift Schools is seeking a dedicated Reflections and Inclusion Manager for Lift Firth Park in Sheffield. This permanent role leads the Reflections and Mentoring Base, supporting students with behavioural challenges and aiding reintegration into mainstream lessons.

You will work with teachers and pastoral teams to deliver targeted interventions, build positive relationships and promote inclusion across the school community. The role requires resilience, organisation and a compassionate approach.

• Experience working with young people who display challenging behaviour.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to set clear expectations and act as a positive role model.
• Excellent organisational skills and time management.
• Creative, flexible and proactive approach to supporting student achievement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams and school leaders.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the Reflections and Mentoring Base, ensuring a safe, structured and supportive environment.
• Support students displaying challenging behaviour, helping them develop positive strategies to manage their emotions and actions.
• Deliver targeted interventions and mentoring programmes for students at risk of exclusion.
• Build positive relationships with students, act as a role model, and set high expectations.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams and school leaders to support students’ progress and reintegration into mainstream lessons.
• Provide emotional and behavioural support to students experiencing personal challenges.
• Monitor student engagement, behaviour and progress, identifying opportunities for further support.
