Job summary

Arden University is seeking a Wellbeing Adviser to support UK students with mental health, wellbeing, and accessibility needs. You will manage a personal caseload, advise on reasonable adjustments, and work with Disability & Accessibility and Mental Health teams to deliver inclusive, student-centered support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Disability Studies, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health, Disability & Accessibility, or Specific Learning Differences.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored wellbeing, mental health, and accessibility advice to students.
• Support equitable access to education and wellbeing services, incl. reasonable adjustments.
• Manage a personal caseload and coordinate with Disability & Accessibility, Mental Health & Wellbeing Advisers, and Team Leaders.
