Alder Community High School is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Leader to support student wellbeing, behaviour and attendance, and to help families overcome learning barriers.

You will work with students, families, staff and external agencies to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed, in a collaborative, student-centred environment.

The role focuses on improving wellbeing, engagement and personal development, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and supporting vulnerable pupils.
