Oakwood School is seeking two committed, resilient and positive Behaviour Support Officers to join our pastoral team. This role focuses on creating a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment where every child can thrive.

Working with the Behaviour Manager and teaching staff, you will support students in making positive choices and overcoming barriers to learning, contributing to restoring positive behaviours and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive behaviour, engagement and wellbeing by supporting students and staff.
• Supervise students and assist in delivering behaviour interventions and restorative approaches.
