Job summary

Harbour Learning Trust is seeking a proactive professional to contribute to student success and wellbeing across our Bracebridge campuses. The role focuses on Behaviour & Pastoral Support, Attendance, Safeguarding, data reporting, and collaboration with families and external partners to close attainment gaps.

As a trusted lead in safeguarding and pupil welfare, you will liaise with multi-agency teams, maintain confidential records, and deliver targeted interventions.

Responsibilities

• Behaviour & Pastoral Support: Implement the behaviour policy, maintain accurate incident records, and deliver targeted interventions to support academic and pastoral achievement.
• Attendance & Punctuality: Lead on driving up attendance, leading first-day responses, conducting home visits, and working directly with families and Pupil Premium groups to close attainment gaps.
• Safeguarding & Child Protection: Act as a nominated DDSL, maintain confidential records, complete assessments, coordinate multi-agency referrals, and help deliver safeguarding training.
• Multi-Agency & External Partnerships: Act as Lead Professional in multi-agency meetings, liaising with Children's Services, Family Hubs, and Early Help to support vulnerable children and families.
• Data & Reporting: Collate and present statistical data and reports for the Senior Leadership Team and Pastoral Spotlight meetings to ensure robust monitoring of at-risk groups., We will work collaboratively and encourage others to do the same.
