Job summary

Bath Spa University Students' Union is seeking a coordinated and proactive adviser to develop and run the independent Advice & Wellbeing Service for students, including Bath Spa University London and partner providers.

You will provide confidential guidance, support students through academic, housing and wellbeing concerns, and work with university colleagues to ensure compliant, effective services. Ability to balance casework with campaigns is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop the Advice & Wellbeing Service for Bath Spa University London and partner providers.
• Provide high-quality, confidential, impartial advice via appointments and correspondence.
• Support students with academic, housing, wellbeing, and personal challenges.
• Liaise with academic staff and professional services to keep policies up to date.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records and refer to specialist services when needed.
• Deliver wellbeing campaigns and early intervention activities with the Students' Union.
