Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop student representation activity to influence academic and wider student experience.
• Support recruitment, induction, and development of Student Community Leaders and course representatives.
• Ensure representatives gather, communicate and act on student feedback effectively.
• Identify emerging themes and opportunities affecting student experience.
• Coordinate systems to capture and evidence impact of representation activity.
• Produce reports and updates demonstrating outcomes of student voice initiatives.
• Support Student Leaders to build inclusive and engaged student communities.
• Supervise and coordinate student staff where appropriate.
