Qualifications

• Commitment to and/or experience of working with children and young people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and encourage learners to meet targets.
• Awareness of health and safeguarding issues.

• Provide classroom support and assist teaching staff.
• Support students to develop positive attitudes to learning.
