Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop an in depth understanding of the needs of individual and groups of students.
• Guide and empower students to develop personal care objectives and enhance personal, emotional and social development.
• Plan, organise and undertake routine learning activities.
• Monitor conduct and intervene to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Attend training courses to respond to identified needs, support the Academy and contribute to ongoing professional development.
