Job summary

enCircle seeks a compassionate Student Support Professional to join our team, supporting K-12 students with behavioral needs. You will collaborate with administration and staff to implement interventions, lead small groups, and respond to crises while collecting data to inform decision-making.

You will also coordinate wellness activities, document progress, and attend meetings to ensure individualized plans align with goals and licensing requirements. Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or human services.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with families and children.
• Valid Virginia Driver's license and proof of insurance.
• First Aid, CPR Certification and Safety Care.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to organize work and maintain documentation and licensing paperwork on time.
• Ability to transport clients using an agency vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Practice crisis management involving students K-12 and across all levels of disabilities.
• Assess level of crisis to determine necessary interventions.
• Facilitates weekly groups for elementary, middle, and high school students.
• Plans and implements two after-school parent programs yearly.
• Assists administrator with parental engagement and data tracking.
• Maintain and document progress with behaviors per Daily School Report.
