Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people or adults with additional or complex needs.
• Experience in education, care, SEN or support setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students.
• Support students with learning difficulties, disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist students to access learning and college activities.
• Encourage independence, confidence and life skills.
• Provide support with communication, social interaction and emotional wellbeing.
• Work with teaching staff and other professionals.
• Support students during practical activities, trips and college events.
• Provide personal care support as required.
