Solihull Sixth Form College is seeking a proactive supervisor to join the Learning Resource Centre team. You will supervise students across open access and library areas to ensure a safe, respectful environment and support their study goals.

Ideal applicants will hold GCSE Maths and English at C/4 or equivalent, be able to relate to and work with young people in a friendly, professional manner, and have experience in a student supervision role.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Ability to relate to and work with young people in a friendly and professional manner.
• Previous experience in a student supervisory role, ideally with 16–19-year-olds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students across open access and library areas to ensure safe, considerate use.
• Support a purposeful environment within the Learning Resource Centre.
• Assist in coordinating activities and access for students.
