Thomas Gainsborough School is seeking a Student Supervisor to join our support staff. The role focuses on maintaining a calm, safe environment to help students thrive academically and personally, with a strong emphasis on positive relationships and appropriate supervision.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, resilient and able to work with young people in a busy school setting, contributing to a supportive and well‑ordered daily experience for students.

Salary: Grade 3 SP4-6 (FTE £25,185 to £25,989 / Actual £21,058 to £21,731)
