Job summary

Thomas Tallis School in Greenwich invites applicants for a Midday Supervisor to help keep pupils safe and engaged during the lunch break. You will be calm, caring, trustworthy and reliable with a good sense of humour.

Previous experience is not essential though welcome. We are looking for someone who can create a positive relationship with students and staff, develop a sense of community and work professionally in a team to maintain good order.

Thomas Tallis is a flourishing and popular school situated in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We currently have 2000 pupils on the school roll including over 800 students in our highly competitive sixth form. We wish to appoint an enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our existing team of Supervisors who are responsible for the safety, wellbeing and good behaviour of students during the lunchtime break. You will be calm, caring, trustworthy and reliable with a good sense of humour. Previous experience is not essential though would be welcome.

• create a positive relationship with students and staff
• develop a sense of community that reflects the school’s values
• work professionally in a team environment
• proactively help to develop and maintain good order in the school
