Job summary

Education Training Collective—Redcar College is seeking a Vocational Progress Coach to plan and deliver group tutorials within the Construction, Engineering & Service Industries team. You will provide one-to-one support, monitor learner progress, and maintain records to ensure tailored intervention for each learner.

The ideal candidate will have strong maths and English proficiency, a proactive teamwork mindset and be willing to develop within a supportive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an educational setting is beneficial.
• Maths and English at high level to support learners across programmes.
• Opportunity to develop within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver group tutorial sessions across the department.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to help learners meet targets.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records per college procedures.
• Ensure effective support strategies are in place for each learner.
