Job summary

Lift Rawlett seeks a caring Teaching Assistant to work with teachers across the curriculum, helping students access learning and build confidence. You will support small groups and individuals, including pupils with SEND, while promoting independence and positive behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Support students in accessing lesson content and achieving learning objectives.
• Help students develop independent learning skills and confidence.
• Assist with planning and delivery of high‑quality learning in partnership with teachers.
• Deliver small‑group and one‑to‑one interventions, including SEND support.
• Promote positive behaviour and align with school policies.
• Support pupils' social, emotional and mental health and well‑being.
