• Experience working with young people, coaching, mentoring, customer-facing roles, health and social care, or education.
• Enthusiastic, positive and committed to supporting young people.
• Resilient, adaptable and proactive, with ability to build strong relationships and inspire confidence.

Responsibilities

• Build positive and professional relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Identify effective strategies and interventions to support progress and wellbeing.
• Conduct daily check-ins and targeted one-to-one interventions.
• Adapt activities and classroom strategies to meet individual needs.
• Support students in developing skills and confidence to become successful learners.
• Collaborate with staff, families and external agencies to tailor personalised plans.
