A leading educational organization is seeking a Student Services Receptionist & Lead First Aider to support day-to-day student services. The role requires managing the medical room, responding to first aid needs, and assisting pupils with general queries. Applicants should have a calm demeanor, experience with students, and a willingness to engage in First Aid training.

As a Student Services Receptionist & Lead First Aider you will play a vital role in the day to day running of student services, providing support to pupils who visit Student Reception. This will include helping them with timetables and general queries, to responding to first aid calls and liaising with families and external agencies. You will manage the medical room, ensure care plans and medical records are kept up to date, and take the lead on first aid provision across the school.
