Yugo The Curve in Central London is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a temporary role at our student accommodation. You will keep the residence in excellent condition, perform repairs and minor redecoration as needed, and support daily operations with a proactive approach.

You should have experience in maintenance, security, or facilities. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and offers a competitive salary of £14.30 per hour with a discretionary bonus potential.

• Ability to perform repairs and minor redecoration
• Proactive problem solving and hands-on approach
• Safety checks and risk assessments awareness

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community to be well-presented and functional
• Ensure residents are safe and secure at all times
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks; assist contractors when needed
• Keep communal areas clean and tidy; rotate bin stores regularly
• Carry out health and safety checks including fire safety and risks
