Yugo USA LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our student accommodation in central Birmingham. This full-time role covers 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) with a salary of £27,040 per annum.

The site at Yugo Crown Place requires hands-on maintenance to keep living spaces safe and well-presented for residents. Responsibilities include day-to-day upkeep, repairs, contractor liaison, and health and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, security or facilities
• Proactive approach to solving problems
• Relevant trade is a plus but not essential

Responsibilities

• Maintain communal areas and common spaces to high standard
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Assist specialist contractors when required
• Conduct health and safety checks and fire risk assessments
• Ensure bins and stores are tidy and rotated
• Support health and safety responsibilities as required by law
