Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our central London student accommodation. The role is temporary, 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri), in Central London, with a salary of £14.30 per hour.

You will be responsible for keeping the space well-maintained and safe for residents, performing repairs, and supporting contractors as needed. Experience in maintenance or facilities is preferred; a relevant trade is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, security or facilities preferred.
• Trade qualification would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communal areas and residences to a high standard.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Assist contractors when required and conduct basic safety checks.
• Ensure waste and cleaning routines are followed in communal spaces.
