Job summary

Yugo The Curve in Central London is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a temporary assignment. This hands-on role keeps student accommodation spaces well-maintained, safe, and presentable, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and small redecoration as needed.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, at £14.30 per hour, with a discretionary bonus and benefits such as 5 weeks’ annual leave, YuDay, healthcare, and staff events.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, security or facilities.
• Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community spaces to a high standard and safety compliance.
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Assist with minor redecorations as needed.
• Ensure communal areas are clean and well-presented.
• Carry out health and safety checks including fire safety and risk assessments.
