Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality, seamless service to students throughout the start of their academic year.
• Develop expert knowledge of online registration and enrolment.
• Work closely with teams across the University and partner institutions.
• Build strong working relationships with University teams, professional services colleagues, and colleagues at other educational locations.
• Lead on student enquiries.
• Manage student identification checks and escalate where appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service to students and colleagues.
• Provide feedback to the Registration and Enrolment Manager on the registration process and associated communications.
• Produce enrolment reports.
• Work with appropriate teams to enrol students.
• Support cross-University events such as student recruitment, Graduations, Clearing, and Registration, including occasional weekend and evening work
