Job summary

Cambridge Education Group is seeking a Sales Consultant (Education) to join the Online Sales team at our Cambridge Head Office. The role focuses on international and domestic student recruitment, lead conversion, and pipeline management, with strong CRM usage and outcomes-based targets.

You will build relationships with prospective students, collaborate with admissions and enquiry teams, and use multiple channels to drive conversions while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve set student recruitment targets.
• Meet productivity and conversion KPIs throughout the student journey.
• Proactive sales activity by phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Utilise video meetings and screen sharing to connect with prospective students.
• Demonstrate products and services to convey the reality of studying online.
• Collaborate with the Enquiry Adviser team for seamless handovers.
• Collaborate with the admissions team for fast follow-up and improved conversion rates.
• Record details of all sales activity in the CRM with high accuracy.
